Hertz Farm Management acquires Wingert Realty & Land Services – Agweek

Hertz Farm Management, Inc. announced that it had merged with Mankato-based Wingert Realty & Land Services in a move that took effect May 1.

Charles Wingert, owner of Hertz Farm Management, said the Mankato office will add to Hertz’s footprint in the Midwest. Staff in the new Mankato office will expand their services to include farmland sales and auctions, appraisals, appraisals and farm management while continuing to serve landowners in Minnesota and the Northern Corn Belt region, according to a press release announcing the deal.

Wingert Realty & Land Services, Inc., was founded in 1976 and is known for providing high quality land services to farmland owners in southern Minnesota and northern Iowa.

Hertz Farm Management staff managed by Wingert consists of Darrell Hylen, Rick Hauge, Geoff Mead, Adam Knewtson, Nick Meixell, Sara Strande and Andrea Thomas will continue to serve landowners in this same region. Staff will work with current Hertz professionals Justin Bahr, Jen Haler, Leon Carlson, Michele Schroeder and Terry Dean in the Mankato-based office.
