Hertz Farm Management acquires Wingert Realty & Land Services

Hertz Farm Management, Inc. announced its merger with Mankato-based Wingert Realty & Land Services in a decision that took effect on May 1.

Charles Wingert, owner of Hertz Farm Management, said the Mankato office will increase Hertz’s footprint in the Midwest. Staff at the new Mankato office will expand their services to include farmland sales and auctions, appraisals, appraisals and farm management while continuing to serve landowners in Minnesota and the northern Corn Belt region, according to a press release announcing the deal.
